"All I ever wanted was to walk the path that LightClan had placed for me... But I've never been one to complain. If my path has lead me here, then so be it." a small she-cat mewed. An old gray she-cat padded over to the small cat, looking down into a pool of light above a camp of sleeping cats.
"We all do not enjoy seeing such young cats come to join us, but we cannot control everything that happens to the cats we care about. Some things are just out of our control."
"No! No! Help them! Please! There must be something we can do!" a brown tabby cried, looking into another pool of light. The new small she-cat could see a large black and white animal moving in his light pool, and a pang of greif shot through her. He was watching a badger attack his former Clanmates, she thought.
"Which SpiritCan are you from?" the little she-cat asked.
"My name is Bluestar. I am from StarClan. The Clans I normally watch over are in a time of peace. Legend tells of a place like your home, where all cats originated. I beleive you are all descendants of those amazing cats." The old gray she-cat mewed. The little she-cat gaped.
"The very first cats...?" she breathed.
